AB Midden Nederland is an employment agency catering to the technical, agricultural, and landscaping sectors, offering a wide range of opportunities, including temporary, seasonal, and permanent positions. Since early 2020, the company has transitioned to the Mid-Office Platform across five branches, resulting in significant efficiency improvements. Notably, this transition has led to a saving of two full-time equivalent (FTE) positions in manual time processing for over 1,300 employees.

Diversification of services

Jan van ‘t Ende, ICT manager and application manager, explains the agency’s evolution beyond its agricultural roots to encompass industries such as engineering, construction, logistics, and food production. With approximately 1,300 temporary employees and peaks of up to 1,800 during high seasons, alongside 250 farm relief workers, AB Midden Nederland’s operations span a wide spectrum.

This customization extends to contracts, documents, and the entire portal, aligning with industry requirements to provide assistance in employees’ native languages.

About 80% of our temporary employees are from Poland. Every employee sees the portal and app in his or her own language. This ensures that we offer quality to both clients and employees.
