With the acquired insights, it can help HR managers better manage competencies of employees and save costs on external recruitment.
Although semantic technology has a big implact on talent management, it does not mean that human work and interpretation will be eliminated. Semantic technology can save time on processing documents and improve information management. This allows the HR professional to act faster.
