Softsite partners with Textkernel, semantic technology specialist

Textkernel is proud to announce its newest partner – Softsite AG. Softsite customers are now able to make use of all the advantages of Textkernel’s semantic recruitment technology by adding CV parsing, semantic search and the bi-directional matching tools to their Staffing environment.
Softsite AG develops the HR solution “Staffing” for recruiting agencies. The software package includes all specific processes in the area of hiring, staffing and projects. Staffing is based on the solution of Microsoft Dynamics AX.
Integration of Textkernel’s bi-directional Matching
To be ahead of competition, Rene Lampert – CEO at Softsite AG – decided to implement Textkernel’s semantic recruiting tools into its product Staffing. Especially for agencies with many jobs and candidates, this can lead to an enormous competitive advantage. All candidates are now automatically analysed and matched to their customer’s jobs. If there is no job available, the profile can be matched to the entire labour market with Jobfeed, Textkernel’s big data tool for jobs.
Implementation project with Textkernel

Textkernel offers different possibilities to integrate and always uses the newest software and web technologies.
