Unique has launched a self-service concept, which provides organisations the ability to search for candidates in the Unique database with their job, directly from Unique HROffice or Connexys. This is facilitated by Textkernel’s matching software.
When a hiring manager or recruiter posts a job in Unique HROffice or Connexys, Textkernel’s matching software Match! automatically creates a list of anonymised candidates of Unique that best match the job. From his system, the recruiter can view the candidates, compare them or search the full Unique database using Textkernel’s semantic search software.
