Unique has launched a self-service concept, which provides organisations the ability to search for candidates in the Unique database with their job, directly from Unique HROffice or Connexys. This is facilitated by Textkernel’s matching software.
When a hiring manager or recruiter posts a job in Unique HROffice or Connexys, Textkernel’s matching software Match! automatically creates a list of anonymised candidates of Unique that best match the job. From his system, the recruiter can view the candidates, compare them or search the full Unique database using Textkernel’s semantic search software. When the recruiter finds an interesting candidate, he can request the data from Unique. Only when a placement is made, the customer gets an invoice.
Textkernel’s matching software allows Unique to proactively offer candidates to organisations via third-party systems. This allows us to meet the changing needs of organisations. In addition to hire Unique to fill in a position, customers can also choose to do more work themselves. Organisations now have the opportunity to determine the extent to which they want to perform their own recruitment activities.
