Additionally, it utilizes Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to extract data from image/scanned documents. The parser’s capabilities extend to efficiently handling both single and multi-column resumes, showcasing its adaptability in processing various resume formats.
FlexRequests empower users to customize parsing by defining and parsing arbitrary user-defined fields. Users can generate tailored content or questions based on resumes, specifying their own requests, field names, and response types (text, numeric, boolean, list, or enumeration with a maximum of 50 items).
Example prompts include queries about international experience, years in leadership, completed courses, and generating interview questions. Users have the flexibility to decide whether to utilize FlexRequests per document or use case with the optional parameter on the API call.
